Molineux has been the home of Wolverhampton Wanderers, one of the founder members of Football League, since 1889.

The club firmly believes it should play a major role in community life and this was taken into account when the modern Molineux was rebuilt, at a cost
of around £20 million, by Sir Jack Hayward in the early 1990s.

In addition to providing a venue for Wolverhampton Wanderers F.C. it now also houses a conference and banqueting centre, shops, restaurants, bars,
a health club and a study centre.
